Terms of Use & Affiliate Disclosure

By using HaulPerk you agree to what is set out below. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site.

Affiliate disclosure

Most links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, HaulPerk may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you.

The commission is paid by the retailer out of their own margin. Your price is exactly the same as if you had gone to the shop directly.

Commission never buys a listing, a ranking or a good word. We decide what to cover based on what we think is worth covering, and a brand that pays nothing can still sit above one that pays well. Where we hold an opinion about a product, it is ours.

We are not the seller

HaulPerk is an information site. We do not sell products, hold stock, process payments, or handle shipping, returns, refunds or warranties. When you click through and buy, your contract is with the retailer, under their terms and their consumer-rights obligations. Anything to do with your order goes to them.

Accuracy of prices and codes

Prices, discounts and availability change constantly and often without notice. We check codes before publishing and re-check them regularly, but we cannot promise that every code works at the moment you use it. Always confirm the final price at checkout on the retailer's site — that figure is the one that counts, not ours.

We publish this information in good faith and without any guarantee. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a code that failed, an offer that ended, or a purchase you were disappointed with.

Using this site

Please do not:

• Copy or republish our guides and written content without permission
• Scrape the site automatically or in bulk
• Interfere with the site, or try to break into any part of it
• Use anything here for an unlawful purpose

Our own text, layout and design belong to us. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the shops we write about; that use does not imply any partnership or endorsement by them.

Links to other sites

Once you follow a link away from HaulPerk, you are on someone else's site under someone else's rules. We are not responsible for their content, their offers or how they treat your data.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
